GIVE YOUR CHILDREN A DIFFERENT FUTURE Change the patterns you pass on
The way we think, feel and behave is often shaped by what we experienced growing up. Without realising it we can carry those patterns into our adult lives and pass them on to our children.
But the cycle can stop with you
You can learn to respond differently, build healthier relationships and create a different future for yourself and the next generation.
Did you ever wonder why you keep repeating the same patterns?
Perhaps you promised yourself you would do things differently. Yet you find yourself reacting in ways you regret, repeating familiar behaviours or ending up in relationships that leave you unhappy.
Maybe you recognise things from your own childhood in the way you respond to your children - and worry that, without meaning to, you are passing them on.
You're not alone. Recognising these patterns is an important first step.
You didn't choose everything you learned
Our experiences shape how we handle emotions, respond to conflict, form relationships and see ourselves. Some of these learned behaviours may once have helped us cope, but no longer serve us well.
We cannot change the past but we can begin to understand it and question the patterns we have carried forward and learn new ways of responding.
What was passed down to you doesn't have to be passed down again

The next generation starts with you
Your children don't need you to be a perfect parent. They need the opportunity to learn healthier ways of understanding themselves, managing emotions and building relationships.
That opportunity begins when we become willing to look at our own patterns and make changes.
And this isn't only about parenting. It's about breaking free from unhealthy relationships, unhelpful habits and the reactions that keeping pulling you back into the same place.
